This year AJ Grant Commercial Building (now branded Publiq Commercial) celebrate 30 years supporting the Insurance industry.

We have serviced more than 20 declared CAT’s over the past decade in every state and territory across Australia, leveraging our National Capability and decades long expertise to lead from the front and show communities that we truly are, the builder that cares.

Over the past 30 years, we have demonstrated our commitment to continuously add more value for our clients.

In 2021 we successfully achieved our AFSL, reflecting our corporate capability, governance and expertise within the Insurance Repair space.  

Having an AFSL means the possibilities for our partnership are endless, including the option for AJG to manage a fully outsourced call centre and lodgement experience during CAT events (or BAU) ensuring less handover points for your Insured Customers and a more seamless customer experience.

Our Proprietary System

Adding to our Industry expertise is the data analytics and segmentation available to Publiq Commercial via our proprietary and custom built internal claims management system BuildPro.  

Having collected data for 20 years via our system, we have a deep understanding and access to data and analytics specific to regions, incident types, and value bands that support a strong sense of claims cost management.

At Publiq Commercial, we use an external training platform, Safetrac to deliver a broad range of online compliance courses together with career skills courses to help develop our teams skills and knowledge. 

Recently completed modules across our entire business include Whistleblowing, Bullying & Harassment and Modern Slavery.

Commencing March 2022 we begin a 6 month program of Leadership training  centred on emotional intelligence and other key leadership traits.

WHS & Compliance

At Publiq Commercial we ensure a worksafe culture and compliance based on personal accountability at every level of the business. In addition to a dedicated WHS function we also have field officers who complete daily checks; our systems ensure compulsory steps are completed within our workflow that tracks and ensures compulsory prework safety checks and SWMS are completed.
